She used to roll around all over when she was on the living room floor. She stopped rolling and now at night it’s been a nightmare to get her to sleep, she cries A LOT. She’s over tired but fights it.
This seems to have just started this week. She’s almost 5 months.

Mine went through a bad sleep regression the 2 weeks leading up to rolling from back to belly. The day he did it he started napping and over night sleeping good again. He learned to roll belly to back about 2 months ago and completely stopped after a week of it and still won't do it. Sometimes they can regress right before a big milestone. It's also normal to stop a milestone once mastering it for a while, I'm not sure why! Hang in there

@wmp,
thank you ! This makes me feel better. I need to get her to sleep better too. I just can’t figure it out. I know she’s so unhappy because she’s so sleepy

I find my kids stop doing a previous milestone for a bit while working on the next. My son was rolling then stopped, then started grabbing for toys, people etc and now he's rolling again even more than before. I'm not sure if this is an actual thing but it seems to be for mine lol Sleep also goes to crap for a bit when working on new skills but also the regressions can hit randomly
